These terms apply when you use MCP Harbor (mcpharbor.app), submit a tool, or buy a featured listing or job post. By using the site you agree to them.

Who we are

The directory

MCP Harbor lists MCP servers and AI-agent tools collected automatically from public GitHub and npm data. Listings are provided for information only and "as is". We do not review, endorse or guarantee any listed project, and we are not affiliated with the projects we list. Check a tool's code, licence and security before you use it. We may add, edit, reorder or remove listings at our discretion.

Submissions

When you submit a tool, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. You let us publish the name, description and links you submit, together with public metadata about the project. We may decline or remove any submission, for example spam, malware, or content that is unlawful or misleading.

Featured listings and job posts

Prices. Featured listing: US$99 per month, billed monthly until cancelled. Job post: US$199, one-off, published for 30 days. Prices are shown on the Advertise page and charged in USD through Stripe. Any taxes are shown at checkout.
Delivery. We publish featured listings and job posts manually, normally within 2 business days of payment. We may refuse content that breaks these terms; if we do, we refund you in full.
Cancellation. You can cancel a featured listing at any time by emailing privacy@gcctenderalerts.com from the address you paid with. Cancellation stops future renewals; the listing stays featured until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds. If we cannot publish what you paid for, we refund you in full. Otherwise, payments for a billing period that has started, and job posts that have been published, are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If you think you were charged in error, write to us within 14 days and we will review it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or the /mcp endpoint: no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping at a rate that degrades the service, and no submitting malicious or unlawful content.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your use of a listed third-party tool. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Paid services already bought continue under the terms in force when you bought them until the end of the current billing period.
